I was asked various questions in regard to my schoolwork as well as my roles in the various projects that I worked on.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NextGen Healthcare in Dec 2019
Interview
HR contacted me one day after I applied online. I had a phone screening scheduled immediately. I agree with the other reviewers, they do not screen candidates according to their requirements before scheduling calls. I had availability issues due to which I needed to join a week after the proposed date. The HR sounded very rude when she explained that they cannot accept that. Later, she told me I had to maintain the student status after May 2020 when it is clearly stated in my resume that it is not possible.
Stop wasting candidate's time and please screen them properly according to your requirements (Atleast mention them in the job description)
