Interview process was one of the best I've had. The recruiter asked me what I was looking for in my role, told me what the company was looking for, and we discussed how those two could align. After the phone screening, I was invited in for an in-person interview. The recruiter showed me around the office and gave me a demo of the app. From there, I interviewed with two other employees. Although certain questions were difficult, they were very friendly and responsive to my questions and concerns about moving to a new company. I'm someone who needed a little more convincing about switching careers, and the recruiter was extremely helpful in guiding me along the interview process and having patience with my hesitancy. I'm so glad I made the jump to NextVR!
