Hello ... thank you for taking the time to interview with us! Guilty as charged ... yes we do use scripts for our interviews. This is the case because we practice inclusivity and ask the same questions of all of our candidates to eliminate bias. It is unfortunate that you had a bad experience this one time. It just so happens that our ATS platform was down during this interview. The recruiter was new to our organization and had not memorized our process yet. I am sure you were once new in your role and we are all dealing with challenges of tech issues during these wfh times! Keep an eye out on our careers page and give us another shot.
