Initially spoke with a recruiter, who then moved me along to speak with the Director of the team. After that, I was assigned a vague assignment, which I submitted to the recruiter. I was given no feedback on it, just that it was good enough to move me to the next interview. On my 3rd interview, I spoke with another member of the team. My assignment was not brought up or discussed, I wasn't given the chance to present it, and I'm not sure if she was even aware that I had completed it? We had a standard 30 minute interview. A week later, I still hadn't heard back from the recruiter regarding next steps for the 4th interview. I then email a them gain a couple of days later that they are out of office. Another week goes by and I get a voicemail saying I did not get the role. By that point, I would have likely not progressed any further regardless, just due to the interview experience with this company overall. A very messy and drawn out interview process. The business proposal I submitted to them was pointless in my opinion, because I was given no room to present it. And let's be honest, companies that put their candidates through more than 2-3 interviews is just unnecessary.
