Overall interview process is very good and organized. Also, HR is kind and serious to the process and answer any question i asked. Focus on SQL, Behavior Questions, ETL process in new grad position. ETL process ask some case questions.
One of the most organized interview processes I've experienced so far - the responsive recruiter and scheduler were great. First it's a 30 min interview with the recruiter, then a interview with the hiring manager. Following that, there's a technical screen (SQL). Then after that is a virtual on-sites with different stakeholders.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Nextdoor in Feb 2022
Interview
I attended two round of interview
1. HR screening call
2. 45 mins chat with the hiring manager
The HR was in constant touch and also gave a positive feed back to move to next steps. After 2 follow up email they called me back and informed they are looking for someone more experienced. I found this to be very shady and unprofessional. I left the process with a bad experience.
