I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nextech (Fultondale, AL) in Mar 2015
Interview

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nextech in May 2013
Interview
First met with 2 Lead technicians at a job site where they got a feel for me as I did with them. They gave me a run down of the demands of the job and how things run to make sure this was what I wanted.
Gave me additional paperwork to fill out for driving record and what not.
After background and driving record checked out I met with the OSM and RSM to interveiw. Went well and was hired on the spot. Went and took my drug test and received a van the following day.
