One phone interview. Told it would be half an hour, lasted about 10 min. Offered position the next business day (Monday). Very bland HR person who knew nothing about the intern position. (Once I got to know him through work though he was a great person!) The 3 questions were the typical fluffy kind like tell them about experiences on teamwork and leadership. Immediately after I felt the interview went poorly but apparently not!
