I made my online application. After a few days I received an invitation to interview. This was splitted into HR and technical parts. General questions about motivation, some behavioural questions. In second part we went deeply into technical topics: reading drawings, design analysis of the hardware taken on that discussion, questions about opimisation or improvement of existing design in case of costs and manufacturing. Some questions regarding production processes.
