I applied online to Nexteer. I had a pleasant phone interview with 2 people. The phone interview was half an hour long, with 80% technical and 20% non-technical questions. A couple of months later, I had an on-site interview. There was a presentation of my prior projects in front of the engineering team, at which the potential boss made fun of my project. I had a look at the org chart and an explanation of company benefits. There was a technical interview with two potential colleagues. There was an interview with a person from another division, followed by one with their engineering manager. After the interviews, I had lunch with the interview team, which was an informal affair. The interview concluded and I was driven to the airport where I caught the flight home.
