It was very easy for me. The question I heard they ask every time is what is your favorite movie. You don't have to dress super nice for it or anything, you might stand out too much if you do. Maybe just a step up from casual and that's it, but if you just wore a tshirt and jeans you'd probably be just fine. I didn't discuss salary at that point, the HR just gave me a call later.
