I was spontaneously called in the evening and given an impromptu phone interview. Later found out this was round 1. Normal interview, only difficult because I was not expecting to have the interview yet. Only email I received prior to this was an app submission confirmation

Interview
I first received a call from HR who asked behavioral questions and what brands in Paramount I liked. I then had an interview with my future boss at the time who asked about my experience and behavioral questions.
It was a smooth sailing process. First phone screening with a recruiter then the next step was another one with hiring manager. Finally, I got to meet the team. We were given an option to do video or in-person.

My recruiter was a nice person and let me have time to think about my questions. I was even on the road and I ask her to wait for me to pull over so I can find a parking spot.
