The interviewers were pretty friendly at first, had an interview with the managers. Then they completely ghosted me and haven't been responsive even after I followed up. Could be those specific people I interviewed with were unfriendly not necessarily the company.

Received a call from the production manager for the show a month after applying (this is during COVID). interview scheduled for a few days later. Interview was very casual, with line producer, showrunner, and production manager. More talk through your experiences and get to know who you are.

I met with HR, it was the worst interview I've ever had and so unprofessional. She was clearly younger than me, read 20 weird questions off a printed form and wrote down my answers. None of the questions could've told you anything about my experience. She had no idea what she was doing and I was way over qualified for the position to not be invited back for a 2nd interview.
