I applied online and a few hours later college relations contacted me to set me up with my supervisor for an interview. I went to the office for a 1 on 1 interview. We mainly discussed what tasks I would be doing as an intern and my past experiences. Two days later I was phoned by my college relations assistant informing me about an offer.

Interview
I was called in by the manager of the team for an interview. The team was very friendly and it overall felt like a really good fit. After a second in person interview, they told me they would get back to me the next day. Then the pandemic went full swing and I haven't heard anything since. No one from HR/recruiting contacted me at all during the process. It's a bummer. I wish I had at least gotten some kind of response instead of being left to wonder what happened.

Interview
I was contacted for a phone interview, which was super standard and quick. Then followed up with an interview with the Production team. There were like 7 people in the room. The team was new so they didn't seem to have any questions prepared...it felt like I was interviewing THEM, because they opened up with "Do you have any questions for us?" very early on. I was caught off guard, as I was prepared for a structural interview. They called the next day saying I didn't get the internship, but that they would refer me back to the recruiter for future opportunities. I was later contacted next month for an interview on a different television show. Nice people!
