Was very disappointed in the interview and felt misled. I have more than enough qualification/experience for this role in administration, scheduling, managing calendars, creating powerpoint presentation decks for initial and secondary meetings with clients, and on top of that I have great marketing and sales experience. The interviewer then proceeded to tell me the role was strictly administrative - what? She said that she's looking for a candidate who has scheduled meetings, managed calendars and created powerpoint presentations and is familiar with the family/children industry. Still, I have more than enough qualification, just no particular experience in the industry. Why don't you just hire internally and not waste my time.
