Horrible interview process. It lasted 3+ months. 25% of the year went to this. Very inefficient and a waste of time. The HR team seems very amateur and would wait weeks to respond to emails about the process. In addition, I've researched salaries here and they are VERY low. A director position is 130k average at Nick, very low for NYC salaries. Also, at one point they had me interview with the direct reports of the position, which I never heard of. So yes the direct reports interviewed me and it was very awkward.
