I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nickelodeon (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was fairly standard, starting initially with a contact from HR / internal recruiter. The first conversation was straight forward, discussing previous experience and top-line salary requirements. Once invited in, I met with the department head of the respective department which allowed me to get a thorough overview of the position and what day-to-day operations consisted of. I was asked back for a second, and final, interview where I met with additional members of the team. Overall, the interview process was low stress, sticking to what the Co. was looking for in a candidate.

The interview process began 2 months ago. They were terrible at communicating and providing updates. The interviewer was rude and disrespectful. Looked down and barely payed attention during the interview. Never received any updates after sending a work sample - no rejection or anything.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nickelodeon (New York, NY) in May 2008
Interview
Applied via MTV networks online site. Initial call and interview was from recruiter. Standard interview questions (best & worse traits, what did you like about previous job, etc). Promised a call back within one week and got a call exactly 1 week later saying EVP would like to interview. Set up interview 2 days later. Interview with EVP was one on one with more tailored questions about the job skills and duties. Received a call one week later with job offer contingent on a background check. Laid back environment but professional dress was appreciated.
