I got an email a few days after applying online to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. After the phone interview, I was scheduled for an in person interview at the Viacom office in NYC. The interview was simple, just ran through my resume, answered a few fun questions about my favorite shows. It took about a month after the in person interview to hear back. Make sure to send a follow up email or two.

Recruiter call, then an interview with hiring manager. Pretty straightforward process overall with behavioral questions asked related to the role and how you work on a team, your passions, etc.
The interview process went through very smoothly and had a great conversational flow for both rounds. My best advice would be to show your personality and who you are as a person. At the end of the day, they are hiring to see if you would be a good fit for the company and its culture.
