I submitted online was called back for a phone interview within a month. Came in for an interview the next month. They were very nice, but there were just other people better suited for the job. It seems like a wonderful place to work! Dress there is casual. Interviewer encouraged me to apply again.

Recruiter call, then an interview with hiring manager. Pretty straightforward process overall with behavioral questions asked related to the role and how you work on a team, your passions, etc.
The interview process went through very smoothly and had a great conversational flow for both rounds. My best advice would be to show your personality and who you are as a person. At the end of the day, they are hiring to see if you would be a good fit for the company and its culture.
