I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Nielsen (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Interviews were conversational but professional. Interviewers will want to gauge your leadership style and your personality above all. I was abroad during the recruitment process, but they were flexible in setting up phone and Skype interviews. The Skype interview was with a panel of 3 interviewers. Very friendly and want to have a conversation. My word of advice is to be positive and show that you are a team player above all.
