Interview
I received the interview invitation 2 months after I applied for the position online. First part of the interview is a written test including some mathematic questions and a case study about the effectiveness of an advertising campaign. The questions in the test are more or less similar with those found online. Second part is an individual interview with HR, chatting about my past experience in academic researches, reasons for applying this position, and some questions about doing researches. After that, the HR gave me a case study of a focus group on financial services and I was required to do a 10-slide ppt writing a summary for the finding in 3 days.
