I was given a large set of made up advertising data about a week in advance of my interview and I was told I would be asked about my analysis of the data. It was a phone interview with several other analysts.

Question 1
The data sets revolved around television shows and their viewership ratings. I was given data on how many people watched the particular shows, their demographics, timeslots, and days on week. From this data they asked questions on what recommendations I would give regarding the show's airing and potential value to advertisers
An interview followed by an in person case study. The process was fairly straight forward but the case is not easy if you are not an analytical person to begin with.
