The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nielsen
Interview
First round is with a call with HR then a division head and a management with a HR head ... last round is a case study presentation
The direct hires do ask intelligence question but felt the call with HR was rather odd and unprofessional
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nielsen
Interview
Very very disappointed in this interview process as I was very excited about potentially working at this company. The process in all took nearly 2 months. It started with a recruiter who emailed back addressing me by the wrong name. The next step was a video interview with the hiring manager who didnt put his camera on and was in a very loud public place so I could barely hear him. His showed no interest at all. Then an entire month goes by. Now a totally different recruiter emails me saying sorry for the delay some things have changed. They set me up to interview with a “VP” person. That interview was also virtual and this person was talking about how unorganized the company is how many re structures there have been etc etc I had a bad gut feeling at this point. I had a 3rd interview and i still dont know why. The person i met with for the 3rd interview had no idea why we were talking neither did I this person had nothing to do with this specific team. He was a nice guy nonetheless. And then another 3 weeks go by and the recruiter again starts off by apologizing about the delay. And at this point i not only accepted another position I already started. This was one of the most pathetic interview processes ever. I was excited at first but sure am glad i didnt move forward.
