Interview
Did a screening interview with the recruiter, was invited to a phone interview with the HM, received a assessment project to do and 2 weeks later received a generic decline email leaving me to wonder if I had done anything wrong. However, I emailed the HM about what went wrong and they let me know that everything I did was done just fine, but someone else just happened to do a little better. They also provided me with advice in my next venture. This was valuable information and I appreciate that I was able to get such a lengthy and enlightening message back.
