I recommend using the P&G practice test. The online test are very similar (Nielsen doesn't have the shapes relationships that P&G does).

I wasn't very nervous at the very beginning, but when they were asking something deeper, I was lost. I was very anxious at last it ended really quickly. I was also not prepared well.
