After two phone screens (one basic, one technical), I was invited to interview with five people - the director of facilities, the support manager, a QA engineer, the QA manager, the QA automation engineer, and the VP of product management. Each interview was one-on-one. The questions were a mix of technical, background, and behavioral interview questions.
The interviewers, save the director of facilities, seemed unprepared and inexperienced in interviewing.
Despite giving answers which seemed to satisfy them and pique their interest, I did not receive a follow-up, and final, interview.
Dress in the office was casual (t-shirts, jeans, and sneakers) so my mismatched suit appeared serious without being too formal. A full suit might have been too much.
Also of note they did not validate parking. There was a reimbursement form, but for $5 I didn't bother.
