I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Nielsen (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2015
Interview
After the telephonic first round, there was in person, which included three interviews with three employees and then followed by lunch, which was also an interview. 2 of them would be your future colleague and one of them manager or at a level of manager. Also lunch was by manager level employee. So either of them could be your direct reporting authority. After the interview, I asked for feedback but got none. They strictly do not provide that. The HR called me to tell not to request for feedback cause that is not their policy.
I had a phone interview with one of the internal recruiters. It took about a little bit more than half an hour. When it comes to the procedures, the recruiter first explained about the company and asked me a couple of questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nielsen (São Paulo, São Paulo)
Interview
Faz muitos anos e não me lembro muito bem, mas de forma geral os processos na Nielsen são longos mas eficazes. Hoje o RH da empresa é bem mais preparado
