I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nielsen in Jul 2010
Interview
Had a phone screen with a national HR rep, then was immediately recommended to take the analytical assessment at the nearest office location to my home. Passed the test, then had another phone interview with my prospective supervisor at the office location for which I was applying. This interview consisted of various background questions (about me an him) and finally two back-of-the-envelope style questions. These questions were relatively tricky- I must've performed poorly because I did not get invited to a final round interview.
