Interview
Very comfortable interview (I had the priviledge to meet with the interviewers beforehand on several occasions). It was a 2:1 interview. They asked basic questions followed by a some behavioral questions. A few questions on some technical aspects (basically how deep knowledge was in certain subjects), which relates to the Technology position. We talked about the position, and culture at Nielsen for a bit. For the ELP they look for candidates with less than 2 years of work experience, and this is a strict qualifying criterion. I do find this a bit odd, as I don't see how any experience in work/management would hinder anyone trying to be a "leader" within the company. Overall, a good experience, and I will continue seeking other opportunities both with and without Nielsen.
