Nihilent interview questions

Three rounds of interviews are conducted; during each round the interviewer asks about present salary and expected salary. Also post the interview I had to ask for feedback for each time - they did not convey whether I'm through for next round or not. I found the recruiter handling the position was not very approachable either.

The best interview process was fairly simple with one aptitude test, one technical round and 2 hr discussions. I got selected submitted my docs and waited for a month to receive an offer. After a month of constant follow ups the hr didn’t even have the audacity to check the status of the offer. And finally when I got an offer it was -40k from my current ctc. Please note 40k less than my current package. If you are not in a dire need of a job and have patience, please don’t accept their offer there is no system in the company structure whatsoever. If outside is this lord knows what will be inside.
