The phone screening was short but then I had to take a 40 minute Gallop test before the second round interview. The interviewer asked many high level project manager questions that only a very experienced project manager could answer; however, at the end said that this is an entry level position and they are wanting to pay someone about $40,000 a year below the average project manager salary in Orange County. The posting should be for a project assistant and not a project manager. Companies need to be more considerate of other people's time and stop asking for experience but wanting to pay minimum wage.
