Hello, We are sorry that you considered your interview experience with us to be less than favorable. Like most offices, ours can get quite busy and occasionally things come up that need immediate attention, causing a delay in meeting times. We do however make a point to offer refreshments to guests while they are waiting. We have since made our interview process a more structured one. We do not know what position you applied for but what we do know is that we take time to make sure that the job descriptions on our websites and other recruiting platforms are detailed so that they adequately depict what the requirements, duties, and expectations are for each role to ensure applicants know exactly what type of a job they are applying to before even going through the interview process.
