Interview
Arrived, saw that there were many candidates on the list to interview that day. Was given a standard written application to fill out in waiting room.
Was interviewed by the Office Director, who was great--personable, energetic, positive, had obviously read my resume. She was very encouraging about the opportunity for advancement within the company.
Next step was that I was asked to come to a weekend open call to sit in on her presentation.
2 days later, she asked me to come in and she offered me the job.She was extremely flexible about the schedule.

Interview
The interview process was quick and professional. The energy was uplifting right when you walk in the doors and sit in the lobby. The music lifts your spirits and set the tone in the environment (which seemed energetic, fun but still professional) It also smelled amazing! Everyone was extremely nice. There were other potential hires when I arrived but the Office Director managed to handle the traffic very WELL. The receptionist was very attentive with ensuring everyone she would be right with us! I thought that was very nice.
