Slow and disappointing. I went through 5 interviews and 2 coding challenges over the course of nearly 2 months with very positive feedback at every step only to get a form email rejection. At the final interview with the CTO, he didn't even know that I'd talked to others already! They seem to have some significant communication problems amongst their engineering team, like they are headed in different directions. Interviews were a mix of conversational style about past experience, appropriate architecture and tool choices, rapid fire coding questions, etc.
