30 min screen with the recruiter. 30 min chat with the hiring manager who seemed extremely disorganized. the questions were standard about my experience. They disappeared for one month and only when I followed up wanted to me to another 30 min round with a stakeholder who was going on vacation so the interview needed to be done the next day. The time of the interview was changed on 4 separate occasions in an uncoordinated process again. After the interview, there was no word again for 1 month where I had to follow up. The recruiter told me "we are in the middle of mid-year reviews and things just got backed up" and offered to get me some updates after speaking to the hiring manager. There was no responses for a couple of days and then an automated email telling me that I wasn't selected. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized place. I would run for the hills and not waste my time interviewing here.
