I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NinjaOne (Austin, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
1. 30 minute screening by corporate recruiter. Very nice and professional man named Mikey conducted the interview with me, nothing too stressful about it!
2. On-site interview with 2 sales managers. Again, very professional and I was impressed. There is a presentation you have to prepare for the interview as well as a mock call you do with them. Needless to say, always prepare for your interviews, and be honest / have integrity with your presentation. It’s a chance to showcase what you know and how you go about business development! The focus is for them to see how you think, and very importantly how you receive feedback.
