I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NinjaOne (Austin, TX) in May 2025
Interview
The interview experience was smooth and well-organized! First part is a phone call with the internal recruiter. I got the privilege to chat with Mikey B. and it went very well. Second part is the final, on-site interview with the hiring manager. After a brief tour of the office, we proceeded to the interview room where they had me present my prospect and then do a mock cold call (role-play scenario). They provided helpful feedback afterwards. Got the job offer two days later.
