I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NinjaOne (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process for the SDR position started off with a bried 30 minute call from the recruiter, who was lovely! He made it more conversation style than a traditional interview which helped calm the nerves. After this I was invited into the office to give a brieg 10-12 minute presentation in a company that was a good prospect for NinjaOne. Also, the managers who interviewed me were so nice and approachable. This gave me the sense of being able to be myself, which was very important to overcome the nervousness of presenting . Overall, just by the selection process, I can tell NinjaOne has a great work environment and I am excited to join the team :)
