Attended two interviews, with prior experience in the role. The moment I questioned their well below industry average starting pay, they decided to move on with other candidates. They don't want long term employees for the role - Nippon is comfortable with a revolving door. There are jobs 10x closer to you with 10x less responsibility and happily pay more. Avoid.
