I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nipro (Mechelen) in Dec 2023
Interview
Applied through LinkedIn. After two weeks of waiting, got a call from the recruiter - planned an interview with the CHRO. No questions whatever about my interest, just the invitation. Teams interview of 30' (details see below). I logged in at the foreseen time, no one shows up. I waited 15 mins, logged out and sent an e-mail to the reruiter saying no one was present. Got a call 2 mins later, saying that the recruiter did an error and that the interview was due in a few mins. I logged in again, and did the interview. Two days later, I got an unpersonalised rejection e-mail from the recruiter. After asking for feedback, they said I didn't have enough hands on experience in recruitment. Which is interesting, because I have done this job for 16 years, and no questions were asked about this.

Question 1
It was a pitch interview without real questions. A timeslot of 30 mins was given. I had to introduce myself in 10 mins, then the hiring manager did his 10 mins (mainly talked about the activities Nipro did, all to be found on the website and totally not informative) and finally 10 mins for q&a. The questions mostly from my side (e.g. team setup, why is there an opening, what are the main priorities, which tools do you currently use, what is the population BC/WC, how many hires yearly, ...).
