Interview to hiring decision lasted one month. Offer is take it or leave it. They kind of figured I was over qualified for the job, so there wasn't much stress or on their own part, very laxed.

Nothing unexpected was asked during the interview. It was more or less a getting to know each other kind of meeting.

Interview
Interview went well, all the usual questions. Had to take the wunderlic and a personality test. Scheduled a physical, it was two days and they paid for lodgings. All in all the process was pretty streamlined and moved along quickly. After the interview there was a 14 day training course, the also paid for lodging with this.
