The process has changed some as a warning. The first step was an online application including a very long questionnaire. Then came emails and phone calls from principals at various campuses. After phone interviews I was invited to come for a demonstration lesson and in person emails with multiple campuses. I did a demonstration teach at one campus and went to many other campuses and for in person interviews over the course of two days. After this my offer was made.
