The hiring process was more of a conversation between myself, the assistant principal and the dean of discipline. During the actual interview I got the feeling that both interviewers wanted to genuinely get to know me as a person for the specific position that I had applied to. I didnt feel the pressure of most interviews, and remained in a casual relaxed conversation about why my passion is working with children.

First I met with the Dean of Discipline. Then she took me on a tour of the school where I met a few students and other staff members. Then I sat and met with both the DOD and the principle. They're both very pleasent
