I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Noble Schools
Interview
First, I had a 20-30 minute phone interview with the principal. The principal was driving a car and seemed distracted.
The school then flew me out for a demo lesson. The entire process was super chaotic. I didn't actually receive the correct instructions for my lesson (content area, skills to teach, etc. ) from the school until late the night before my morning interview.
After the sample lesson, we debriefed.
I received a job offer shortly after the interview, but I declined based on how unorganized the principal seemed.

Question 1
I was asked to reflect on my lesson and talk about what went well and what I would change.
Call with a recruiter, call with principals of hiring campuses (which is pretty much all of them), demo, then tour building(s), and get an offer. Everything was straight forward and pretty easy-going. They are pretty desperate for teachers so I don't think they want it to be too challenging.

Question 1
When was a time you had a difficult interaction with a student/how did you handle it
Two rounds of interviews. First one is swift and they connect you to schools within their network. Second interview is with the school where they ask you about your teaching.
The process was very straightforward. There was an online application that had some essay questions and you need three references. The next step is phone interviews. The principals were very professional and kind.
