Interview
The process began with a phone interview that lasted 30-45 minutes. From there, I took a tour of multiple campuses and had an in-person interview at each campus. The in-person interviews lasted anywhere from 45 minutes to 90 minutes, with a panel for questioning. I also had to do a small, 20-minute teaching demo on one campus.

How would you handle a discipline situation regarding a student who already has so many demerits and is on the verge of not graduating?

Interview
Not too long. I applied at the beginning of the month, and found out by the end. You are flown to Chicago to demo. The demo is the final part. They will make you feel very at home by getting your hotel room, and buying you food.
