Make sure you are timely and prepared to meet a number of people. You interview will start with logistics and meeting whomever reached out to you in your hiring process. Once that is finished, you will get a chance to complete a demo lesson in front of a random class. After your demo, you meet up with the team that you will be working with, where you are able to ask them a number of questions and they can see how well you fit in with them. Lastly, you have a meeting with the leadership team where they ask you a number of random questions you may not have even prepared for.
