Interview
I was invited to submit some forms online. After that several principals emailed me expressing interest. I conducted some phone interviews, then they flew me out for a demo lesson. I toured all the schools and had a meal with each principal.
Call with a recruiter, call with principals of hiring campuses (which is pretty much all of them), demo, then tour building(s), and get an offer. Everything was straight forward and pretty easy-going. They are pretty desperate for teachers so I don't think they want it to be too challenging.

Question 1
When was a time you had a difficult interaction with a student/how did you handle it
Two rounds of interviews. First one is swift and they connect you to schools within their network. Second interview is with the school where they ask you about your teaching.
The process was very straightforward. There was an online application that had some essay questions and you need three references. The next step is phone interviews. The principals were very professional and kind.
