The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia (Espoo) in Dec 2009
Interview
I submitted my resume to the Nokia job site. I received a timely (less than 10 days) invitation to an interview. This was done over the phone for about 45 mins. The questions were well prepared and the first interviewer was very positive about my fit to the job. My second interview was about 10 days later and at an inconvenient time. Again this was by phone. During that call the interviewer was very positive and asked for references. About 4 days later I received another request for an interview with a 3rd person. That interview was again by phone. This interview was less warm than the previous 2. I was told a decision would be made the following week and did not hear back. I contacted the posting manager and was give feedback that they had a lead candidate and that I was currently the back up.
