1 - The manager calls you, asks to go there, have a 30 minutes conversation, and tells you that HR will be calling you to do some follow up questions, but there's no need to worry because once they decide who's getting the job the HR interview is only a mere procedure.
2- HR calls you and do exactly as said by manager;
3 - 5 or 6 months later, HR calls you with an offer.
