I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nokia (Jamshedpur) in Dec 2017
Interview
There were three rounds of interview...
First two rounds of technical and 3rd round was of HR.
First two rounds was of similar pattern.
They asked to introduce myself, about my project, future plans and aim in life.
In HR round they asked about family background, about my goals in life... From all these questions, they wanted to know as to what kind of a person i am and whether i could manage being in this Software Field.
Good, the first interview is basically on personal experience, no major coding, just minor and just conversation. Need to write on paper to explain answer. The interviewer listen to my story of my experience. Have good communication.
