I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nokia (Bengaluru) in Jul 2020
Interview
I have been interviewed for two technical rounds through Video call, and the interview went well. Based on my Projects and Domain related experience and Programming have been asked. Next round was taken by the manager and director . That round also went well. Then HR round. That was also good. I told my expectation, everything went well. HR told me that, "We will send an offer letter in 3 days, the total process may take 1 week". Then I haven't received any offer letter, not even a response from HR. Some consulting guys processed my resume to the Company, for each they used to take feedback from them and scheduled the next round for me. After one week of completion my HR round when i contacted these guys , said that , "They have kept your position on hold, we can't give HR related information like email id or contact number" .
When we clear all the Technical rounds very well , still these people have problem for which type of thing i didn't understand.
